Yesterday all the paperwork in regards to my next move was finalized. I had viewed several properties with my partner and all had their pro's and con's but last minute my partner found a listing that had everything we both wanted and was also the biggest of all the properties we had viewed so far.

It's a 3 bedroom, 3 bath house with a spacious backyard and deck. The rooms and living spaces are huge. The kitchen is big with updated appliances. A lot of the houses we viewed had most of what we wanted but always lacking in some sort of appliance or space. I'm really happy my partner was able to find this gem and I'm really excited to merge our lives together, I see so much potential in the new space for all sorts of growth and we opted for a 20-month lease so it'll be nice to have some stability in terms of not looking for the next rental right away.
