I've been working a lot on what I want this site to become. From my initial idea to now it has grown to be something much bigger than I originally thought

It's become one of my new favorite ways to decompress. I can make entries like these or spend hours getting lost in design and aesthetic tweaks. I have a lot planned for how immersive I want this place to feel.

I've been approaching its construction in phases. The first version brought the concept to life and the most current version fixes things that were hard for me to consistently update, like making new entries. I wanted to land on the navigation and general exploration of the site, create processes for reoccurring tasks, establish the areas and departments of the Pink Motel and their jobs/Voice. Now that I'm currently satisfied with the base of the site, I plan to further customize the visual language. I want every page to feel alive and have it's own unique visuals while staying in theme with the overall aesthetic of the hotel. I've also been expanding its lore and history which is really only my known to me. Tidbits of the lore & history make it onto the site but it's mainly a guideline for how I choose to create, expand, or archive the rooms, entries, etc..

It is a tedious process to make all the things needed for this renovation so changes will be slow and you'll have to check in often to notice anything new.
